Once you are happy with your quote and have booked with us, we will attend your property at the agreed time on the agreed date. We ask that you remove small furnishings and have the floors as clear as possible prior to our arrival (we will assist with bulky items that require moving).
The cleaning itself involves 4 stages and conforms to British Standard PAS 86 (yes, there is a British Standard for carpet cleaning!). To ensure the best possible results, we thoroughly vacuum the carpets in order to remove as much dry soil as possible. Stage two is to apply the correct pre-spray for the carpet fibre and soiling type. Stage three involves agitating the pre-spray into the carpet to ensure even coverage and remove really deep soil. The final stage is the rinsing out of the soil and pre-spray (sometimes referred to as hot water extraction or steam cleaning). Relevant stain treatment is undertaken before or after the cleaning.
